Dear Ms. Lunelle,

While not reentering Florida last week to begin the second leg of my Southern Heritage Revival March was disappointing, it turned out to be a godsend because of the weather, and not to mention
the loss of your father in law that my being there would have been a distraction.

I am now almost convinced that the Governors of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and California are complicit in the murders of those nine people in Charleston, South Carolina. And furthermore,
that Dylan Roof is a willing scapegoat in a planned conspiracy of what the Honorable Attorney, Kirk D. Lyons, deemed years ago as Southern social, and cultural genocide, to include the teachings
in the Christian Bible. While once again ignoring the laws of the Constitution, as they push forward with an agenda of what the media so named Confederate Cleansing. As Southerners, we will no
longer have a past history.

There is no use in turning to the Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, for enforcement, or a formal interpretation of several Federal Laws that clearly define the Confederate soldier as an
American Veteran, and his Colors as a Congressional venerated symbol. The Justice Department tainted against the South, and would never investigate these alleged co-conspirators, and, in
all likelihood, could as well be complicit.

No matter that the 1st Amendment makes it legal for the Klan or Union league to carry the Southern Cross, or the Federal flags, but does not define either as a representation of their causes,
only the right of free speech.

My schedule now in disarray finds me on September 10, 2016 in Oxford, Mississippi, on the campus of Ole Miss, as they prepare to play a football game. I have plans to sing Dixie wherever I am
allowed a free speech zone to do so and, as always, shall post the Southern Cross.

On October 6, 2016, I shall speak to the Sons of Confederate Veterans, their families, friends and other members of the public in downtown Waynesville, N. C.. and on October 8, 2016, I shall
give the Keynote Address to the United Daughters of the Confederacy of Tennessee at their State Reunion.

I would hope that we could reschedule my return to Florida in mid October to accommodate the aforementioned. God bless you!
