My name is Geraldine Celli, I was born in the state of New York .My family immigrated to the U.S. .I am so upset about the tearing down of our confederate
statues and plaques it is bringing me to tears and I’m so angry .Slavery in our country was horrible I agree ,BUT OUR HISTORY IS BEING DESTROYED!!! My grandchildren
want to go see all this history and they are tearing it down. You have my prayers as I know they will try to silence your voice.I saw Robert E. Lee’s great grandson
youtube saying if they tear down the statue in Texas he would buy it .I was relieved when a judge halted the tearing down of the statue.I wish I could do something.
