A lady on a Macon Issues Facebook page shared a notice that appears to be from Duke Power concerning their impending increases, which was shocking enough! But the originating page from which she shared the post was appalling in its outright attempts to cause strife among our neighbors through apparent ignorance of our Constitutional Republic (either that or they have determined that the only “good” America is a communist America) and vile misrepresentations of our southern American history.
After having read a notice by another NAACP President during the summer, speaking out against the demolishing of monuments to our Confederate Veterans, I wonder how long she can tolerate having the organization hijacked by the likes of the NAACP chapter here in Jackson Co. The National Association for the Advancement of Communist Propaganda is sadly a more fitting name for the chapter in my neighboring county.
Have you met them? Do you still visit WCU campus? My heart breaks over our neighbors! I pray God that their hatred will not beget more hatred by the both hijackers of Truth and Honor!
