You always have a lot of good things to say when you talk about Confederate heritage and history. I like that — but it would be easier to understand what you are saying if you would speak less rapidly. Sometimes I think that you, like the little boy in the famous Leroy Van Dyke song, are practicing to be an auctioneer!

This process of speaking fast comes from having time constraints placed upon ones person. Just try getting over a point with only three minutes to do so. I try to
