Please consider this an official request at the behest of Mr. HK Edgerton to appear before the Commission at its next meeting to make a presentation regarding the “Contextualization” of the Confederate Dead Cenotaph.
We requested this for him verbally to Mayor Shaver and the Clerk, after the Report was released, but he was, unfortunately, rejected.
