Mr. Edgerton,
Bravo for you, sir. Your unbowed stance for history, not revisionism, is a tonic to our ears. I am a company commander in the Georgia Volunteer Battalion, of which Major Knight is, of course our wing commander. Please do not be surprised if Major Knight himself also requests friendship with yourself, as I have, sir. I conversed with him last evening, and he was keen to invite you to Georgia personnally, as are many of us. I have know, and stood in the line with many gallant Tarheels, none of which has ever flinched from the fray. It is no surprise to me that that is ever the case.
