I visited Manassas, Virginia July 17, 2010. My trip to the battlefields of Manassas was very educating. It is sad that the real truth is left out of the History books. But it does not surprise me. I would like to thank you for your dedication on getting the truth out. I believe people and the schools need to be educated. This has opened my eyes. I would like to read more about The African-American Confederate Soldiers. What book would you suggest for me to get started ? And I will pass this down to my sister who is a 4th grade teacher in Houston Texas. Thank you again.
