Hey Friend! I would like to send you a photograph of my g-grandfather, his two sons and the members of his thrasing machine outfit made about 1915. There were several black gentlemen who worked for him and my family thought highly of them. Younger people, especially, do not comprehend the relations between black and white people prior to about 1965. We were not taught to hate but to respect each other. I remember well!! Black people worked for my Daddy and took care of me when I was little, have pictures to prove this. Again, I do remember!
