I recieved this response from H.K. Edgerton on another FaceBook Group. This is regarding the heritage violation posts this morning. HK makes a good point.

Dear Terry, As the Chairman of the Board of Advisors Emeritous of the Southern Legal Resource Center Emeritous, as I stood on the corner of Main St. in downtown Black Mountain this morning with the Southern Cross in hand, a truck with three men pulled over and approached me. The young Black man asked me in somewhat broken english, is you the one who is on the radio speaking about the flag , he said pointing to my flag? i suspose so was my reply. He asked could he take a picture with me. As we stood there, his arms wrapped around me. he said that he had so much respect for me, and the flag that I carried. he went on to say that some members of his family from Alabama had help build bridges for the Confederate army. He and his buddies were beaming with pride as they got back into the truck. It was a great sight for all those who were honking their horns . I say this to you terry because I don’t ever want you or anyone to stero type what all Black folks feel about the Southern Cross. You will be great surprised to find that a great deal more support it than most think. God bless you. Your brother, HK

Terry Bailey: Thank you for your effort to preserve our heritage. No sterotyping here. It is sad that the PC crowd is trying to silience the voices of our Confederate Heritage regardless of their color, creed, religion……God Bless the South!
