Christmas Day

As I stood on the bridge over Interstate 26 & 240 on Christmas morning with the Flag of the Southern soldier waving and posing for pictures for those who passed by, a vehicle would stop and none other than Santa Claus would exit it. He would head to the spot where I stood. Santa would give me a Confederate Naval Jack and an apron of little flags that are used for banners to drape a display. I must say that I was somewhat surprised as I am sure that those who looked on from the many vehicles that were now backed up on the bridge. Santa would give me a big hug and wish me a Merry Christmas.
