Dear Ms. Lunelle.
I truly believe that the young lady who provided this attached news report did an admirable job on reporting the masterful dissertation that the Honorable Attorney, David McCallister, put before the Court on Monday, and his intended purposes.
The Judge clearly identified the importance of the Constitutional interpretation of Marsy’s Law, and the far reaching effect that his ruling will have on the states that have adopted it in their states as well as Florida.
We await with great expectations that, on November 25th, the Judge will rule that the Sons of Confederate Veterans, as well as the people of the state are victims in this felonious crime committed by these three perpetrators. And that they should be convicted to the full extent of the law they broke.

On another concern … I am totally shocked that the State Attorney would turn into a quasi Defense Attorney for the perpetrators in this case. God bless the Judge for not allowing this to continue. God bless you!
