The 2 short answers are No, Ga Power does not own the cemetery, and no, regardless who owns what, Ga law is clear on flags and graves (NOLO ME TANGERE)
 
Another bit of info is that while the cemetery is inside their property, anyone can visit it by stopping at the gate , get a pass, and get a security escort there. It is still active via plots still available for Yellow Dirt community decendants, and the church sitting next to it (Yellow Dirt Baptist) is property of Ga Power but members still hold an annual service inside

What is the results of that?

I’m left with the impression ( maybe because I have missed some detailed communication ) that

GA Power OWNS the property that the cemetery is located?

Someone correct me on this please, if they do, don’t they have all legal rights concerning the property?

IF they do could further action by SCV actually harm us or the descendants that may want to do upkeep or visit the graves?

This upcoming week is the endgame at Plant Wansley.The call has been made for Flaggings to occur at both gates of the Ga Power location to up the pressure on management, who are still attempting subtrafuge obsfucation and underhandedness. I have done some flagging in the interim, but noone has yet responded to my call for the multistate flaggings 🙁
    
So this is a final push to help them make sure nothing less than compliance is achieved. Beginning Monday, Nov 7th, at either Heard or Carroll side of Plant Wansley’s gates, let the Flaggings BEGIN!  Main shift change occurs from 6:30 – 7:30 am, then at 2:30 – 3:30pm (8 hour) 4:30 – 5:30pm (10 hour) and 6:30-7:30pm (12 hour)
    
Pick a day and time – come on down, and share the Flagger love with these folks
